What is HPL?
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a high-strength decorative material used in modern architecture and design.
Manufacturing Technology HPL panels are produced under high pressure and temperature, ensuring exceptional strength and long-term durability.
Applications Building facades, interior finishing, furniture, laboratory worktops, medical facilities, business centers, retail spaces, sanitary zones, and shower areas.
The top protective layer differs depending on the type of HPL panel and the application conditions. (UV protection, chemical or antibacterial protection).
There is always a decorative layer under the top layer that forms the color and texture of the surface.
The middle of the panel consists of kraft paper and plastic impregnated with phenolic resin and pressed under high pressure and temperature.
The lower protective layer performs a balancing function and ensures the stability of the panel.
